| Arbitration is the determination of a controversy by a person chosen by the parties. It is
designed as a less complicated, less expensive and faster process for resolving disputes. It
promises a reasoned outcome that properly considers the law, the agreement to arbitrate
and the evidence presented at the arbitration.
I have been selected to arbitrate a wide variety of claims. I have a reputation for being unbiased and without prejudice. I am also capable of weighing competing points of view and writing decisions that make sense. |
